The Vein Treatment Institute is directed by David N. Brotman, M.D.  In addition to being Board-certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery, Dr. Brotman is one of America’s first Vein Specialists certified by the American Board of Phlebology. He has practiced in Bucks County since 1994, gradually honing his interest and expertise in the related areas of Chronic Wound Care and Phlebology (vein problems). He has performed more than 300 VNUS Closure (endovenous ablation) procedures.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Brotman earned his MD degree from Jefferson Medical College, trained in Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and then completed his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He enjoys skiing, bicycling, reading, playing guitar, and rooting for the Eagles and Dolphins!

Assisting Dr. Brotman with patient care and scheduling is Kathy Fossett. Kathy hails from Philadelphia, PA and has worked with Dr. Brotman for over 10 years. Kathy is a valuable resource for any questions you may have regarding our treatment options.

Ann Evans, originating from Fairless Hills, PA, contributes in all aspects of administrative duties. She, too, has worked with Dr. Brotman for over 10 years, and is always available to help with referrals, testing pre-certification and billing inquiries.

Cheryl Seeds, CPA, MBA, was born in Roxborough , earned her MBA from Villanova, and has also been with Dr. Brotman as Office/Business Manager for over 7 years.
